JANUARY-APRIL 2026 STATISTICS PUBLISHED
In the first four months of 2026, Malta hosted 1,215,966 inbound tourists, an increase of +16.4% over 2025. The UK was the top source market with a share of 20.4%, followed by Poland and Italy. 67% of inbound tourists came from EU countries. Total expenditure reached €919.7 million, 14.3% more than in the same period in 2025. Expenditure per night increased from €134 in 2025 to €140 in 2026.
