TOURISM PERFORMANCE JAN-JUL 2026
Inbound tourists in the first 7 months of 2026 amounted to 2,621,319 (+18.6%), while total nights reached 14.9 million (+11.1%). Total expenditure was estimated at €2.3 billion (+15.8%), while expenditure per capita stood at €890. The United Kingdom, Italy and Poland were the top source markets, whilst 66% of total visitors came from EU countries.
