Tourism Performance - Jan-Jun 2025
In the first six months of 2025, there were 1,805,730 inbound tourists to Malta, an increase of +13.5% over the same period in 2024. The United Kingdom ranked as the largest source market with a share of 20.7%, followed by Italy and Poland, with shares of 14.3% and 10.2% respectively. 66.4% of tourists came from EU countries. Total tourist expenditure surpassed €1,564 million, an increase of 21.1% when compared to the same period in 2024.
