Tourism Performance - Jan-March 2025 

 

In the first quarter of 2025, there were 693,492 inbound tourists to Malta, an increase of +18.9% over 2024. The UK ranked as the largest source market with 129,978 inbound tourists and a share of 18.7%, followed by Poland and Italy, with 95,356 and 91,808 respectively. 70.4% of tourists came from EU countries. Total tourist expenditure surpassed €508.5 million, an increase of 24.6% when compared to the same period in 2024.
